Minimums differ per product and print method. We try to keep them low – tell us the quantity you need and we will confirm.

Personalising items requires films, printing plates, embroidery digitising or laser set-up, depending on the process. These one-off charges apply per item and print and are shown in your quote.

We specialise in corporate merchandise and are not a retail shop for individual purchases. We keep minimums as low as we can, but they do apply.

Yes. Freight charges vary by country, so please mention the destination when you ask for a quote. Within the EU we offer drop shipping straight to your event.

Production time depends on the product, quantity, print method, destination and artwork. We confirm the timing before you place the order. If you have a fixed date, tell us and we will work towards it.

Bitmap files (JPG, GIF, PNG, TIF, BMP) are made of pixels and lose quality when scaled. Vector files (AI, EPS, CDR, usually PDF) describe shapes mathematically and print sharply at any size. We ask for them to protect your image and brand – see artwork information.

Send what you have. Your graphic designer can usually supply the vector version; otherwise we can create it for a fee.

Yes, we archive the artwork we use for every customer, so you do not need to send an approved logo again.
