Artwork information

Send us whatever logo file you have. We check it, tell you if anything needs doing and always send a proof before production.

Which files work best?

Vector files give the sharpest print: .ai, .eps, .svg, .cdr or a vector .pdf, with all fonts converted to outlines. Photoshop files (EPS or TIF) at 300 dpi in the actual print size also work.

I only have a JPG or PNG

Upload it anyway – it is enough for a quote and a first proof. For the final print, your graphic designer can usually supply the vector version. If not, we can redraw your logo for a small fee.

Please do not rename a low-resolution image to .eps or .ai; this does not turn it into a vector file.

Pantone colour numbers

A Pantone number identifies an exact colour on the Pantone colour chart. If you know the Pantone numbers of your logo, include them with your request so the print matches your brand colours precisely. Your graphic designer can confirm them.

Do you keep my artwork on file?

Yes. Once we have your approved logo you do not need to send it again.
